Great location for walking west side Chicago

Pros: Location Cons: Noise. Very VERY noisy, but still enjoyed my stay.

Good location and the king suite set up was ideal for my family

Good location and the king suite set up was ideal for my family. Staff were very welcoming and even my dog felt welcome. Facilities were clean

We will stay at Crowne plaza again!

Pros: Location in close proximity to vacation venue. Cons: Unexpected challenge related to paying for breakfast that was included in Booking.com reservation. The additional purchase was not visible to hotel staff and we had to cover food on the 1st day. Hotel mgmt asked for proof of purchase of meals for following day. Res confirmation clearly stated meals were part of the room rate. 3rd party booking created more hassle than we had expected.

Marvelous!

Pros: room was spacious - with a balcony and the location is prime! Cons: I wish it had a pool :)
