We booked a room at this hotel as we needed a ride to Cleveland airport and keep our car parked there for two weeks as we traveled to Alaska. We were told that in order to keep our car parked for that length of time we needed to book a room at the end of our trip and that they would provide transportation to and from the airport. The first stay at this hotel met our needs and we got to the airport. The problem was at the end of the trip. We were flying back on Sunday July 26. On July 25 we got confirmation of our stay. The hotel agreed to let us check in late as our flight was to arrive at 5:

Disgusting run down hotel
Disgusting hotel! Rusty shower curtain, peeling wallpaper, holes in curtains, telephone not working. Elevators not working. No bacon or milk at breakfast. Computer and printers not working… probably the fire alarms don’t work either. Had 3 people and was given a king bed room. If I don’t like it, I could go somewhere else is what I was told. They brought a cot!
Dirty and Broken
Stayed here 3 nights visiting family in Cleveland. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Cleveland, bar none. All 3 elevators were out of service during my stay. Reception stated they would be out of order for a couple of weeks. First room was a converted meeting room on 1st floor with thrown togehter furniture, between two meeting rooms with meetings happening. Gave me a 2nd floor room. Had to lug my stuff up some back stairs, waiting for other guests lugging theirs. My room door's weather stripping was hanging off, told reception, they gave me tape to fix it. Door had damage. Carpe
