Pros: Pool was excellent
Pros: Pool was excellent. Hot tub was nice. Front desk staff was good however when the pool door wouldn't open at 8am the front desk woman informed me I would have to wait until "engineering" arrived @ 10am. I said that's not acceptable and the gentleman behind the desk walked me to the pool and opened the door for me. Thank you. Breakfast was very good. Dinning staff was friendly and excellent. Cons: See above.

Pros: Location was excellent. Size of the room was great. Most of the staff were extremely nice Cons: I appreciate that they let us check in early but my room wasn't the cleanest. Sheets were very wrinkled and so was the blanket like they didn't change the sheets just made the bed. Two rolls of toilet paper both opened and used. Mud on chair. When I asked for more towels they gave them to me but told me that they had no washcloths. Had problems at check in
