Satisfactory for what we needed.
Pros: Convenience for Reagan airport and free shuttle. Cons: The attached bar. Used to really good food etc in crowne plaza’s throughout the world. This felt like a travel lodge.

24 hr city visit
We arrived at airport pick up very easy shuttle to hotel. At reception we met Mumtaz. Abdullah. He was very polite and helpful exposing all what hotel has making it very simple to then navigate our way around , so much easier when this happens so thank you. We also met Abdullah who also supported us and answering questions that were asked. Both very polite and confident people.

Short overnight stay. Room was not what I ordered.
Pros: Location. Shuttle service Cons: Bed too soft. Didnt get what I booked ie sofa bed
