We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pros: Beautiful rooms, a lovely heated pool, and super friendly staff. Cons: I found the pillows less comfortable, but this is a personal preference.

Okay but not again.
Pros: Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good view from your room of Dusseldorf. Cons: The room we stayed in was not clean, all mold at the edge of the tub. The changing rooms at the pool are shared, and men walk through the women's changing room. The food/drink is extremely expensive even for a hotel. The surroundings are not very nice, it also smells very bad outside the hotel. The garage is not clearly marked that you have to pay upstairs at the reception. The corridor from the garage to the hotel has the entire ceiling open, with wires and pipes everywhere.
