Overall, it’s a great place to stay in a fabulous location. Few tweaks would make it perfect.

Great room, great service, great price

Fantastic room, location and great service and all for a brilliant price. We booked pretty last minute for a wedding and were very pleased with the quality and size of the room we got for the price we paid. Would stay again!

Disappointing this time.

Pros: Location next to the conference centre. I was given a nice room upgrade. Cons: I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and it’s always been good but this was the most frustrating stay I’ve had there. The queues at reception to check in and out were dreadful. Staff said they’d had a new booking system installed which had caused problems. They needed more staff on reception to deal with the queues. I wanted to order room service food on one night of my stay and it took me 5 times of waiting on the phone for an answer before keep being cut off. When I eventually placed my order, I wa
