Pros: The staff were very helpful. I actually to scammed but a cab driver taking us back to the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful. They called in the hotel security and got me to the police station. They did everything they could have. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was relatively expensive but had excellent selection and quality. Cons: We picked the location because we were coming off of a river cruise and it was close to the docking location and the central train station; however it's the way it was located it was difficult to leave without taking a
