My home away from home, lovely people, best location in KL

very friendly and helpful staff, we had a long stay and the Chef was very kind to ask about what we wanted prepared just to make us comfortable. They were very keen on ensuring that our tables were reserved as we had a particular time for our meals. Breakfast was always the highlight for us. Congratulations guys.

Prachtig, centraal en schoon verblijf met zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Pros: Super fijn verblijf, ruime kamers met sommige kamers een prachtig uitzicht op de mooie gebouwen van KL. Schone kamer die elke dag werden bijgehouden met schone handdoeken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en geduldig. Ontbijt was echt de kers op de taart, elke dag zeer uitgebreid en nieuw aanbod aan ontbijtmogelijkheden. Al met al een top verblijf voor een paar dagen KL, je kan de stad snel verkennen omdat het verblijf erg centraal ligt. Cons: Niet!

Great stay - clean, comfy, hospitable, beautiful.

Pros: I really appreciated that my request made earlier was meet. I would also like to appreciate Mohamed at the front desk that attended to me. He was kind and patient, jovial and answered all my questions. It was my first time at this hotel so I was grateful for my needs being met. The room was BEAUTIFUL, Comfy and CLEAN wt a lovely view. The breakfast had a wide range of food and drinks option. The support staffs, even the guards, were very kind and considerate. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again. Thank you Crowne Plaza KL! Cons: Did not want to use the hotel’s wifi
