Really good

Pros: Staff so friendly. Bed really comfortable. Pillows were amazing! Cons: Was a bit out of town but my fault for not checking.

The staff were very helpful and were quick with room service. Only a small walk into the city centre. The pool was a great way to relax especially with the steam room and sauna.

The perfect location for a Liverpool city break

Service was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Reception greeted us and looked after us perfectly. Staff at breakfast were friendly and welcoming. The pool, jacuzzi, stream room and sauna are excellent. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Location is perfect for a visit to the city
