Great staff, great location, amazing hotel
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Docklands with my partner to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and the hotel and their staff were fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay as it was the staff who went the extra mile to add extra touches at their compliment.
The key members of staff behind the magic were Maddison, Cheyenne and Aqsa (all at the front desk).
We are so grateful for your excellent service and look forward to returning again in future.

Great stay at Crowne plaza
Stayed here for just one night while attending gig at O2. Great location and nice river views. Room good, bed super comfy, great nights sleep. Staff really good, from reception to bar/restaurant staff. Didn’t get time to use spa or pool but this is on floor 2. Ate in the restaurant.. had a burger.. £18.. gave some feedback to the waiter who was very apologetic and would pass comments onto the kitchen. Offered a free desert or glass of wine on the house which was lovely. One female waitress clearly didn’t go to the sane charm school and struggled to raise a smile… asked for some vinegar for fri
