Wonderful stay

Pros: We thought the hotel was so clean, the staff so lovely, room was excellent and breakfast. Just sad we didnt have time to use the spa facilities. Will love to come back. Cons: We didnt find anything

Pros: A very welcoming hotel close to the Excel and the chairlifts to take you over to the 02. The staff are very friendly. The room and facilities were good. We had a lovely view over the Dock. In the room, there are tea and coffee making facilities along with mint chocolates and a packet of biscuits and 2 cans of water. The bed was comfy . In the bathroom, they supply body and hair wash and also conditioner along with body cream . At breakfast in the morning there was a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from, the sausages were excellent. We didn't get to use the spa , swimmin
