It was pleasant.
Pros: Everything was good Cons: Everything was good except that the landscaping lights lit our room up like it was the 4th of July😳 There were only wooden blinds and no curtains to block out the light, the blinds were useless. I wouldn’t stay in that room or ground floor again if this is the case for all ground floor rooms. We also had a broke trim piece that took a picture of and reported immediately

Pros: I love the location of the property right next to Kentucky Kingdom, airport and numerous restaurants. That’s always a plus. Cons: The front desk clerk was a bit rude. She didn’t greet me whatsoever. No Hello ma’am, How can I help you or anything. No thank you enjoy your stay at the end of our transaction. She flat out said, “I need your ID and card on file”. Her nationality is Indian or an Arabica. I handed her my card in her hand and she shoved mine back to me on the counter desk as if she didn’t she I had my hand out to receive my card the same way I handed it to her to me that’s rude

Pros: The front desk was amazing, super helpful & friendly! Facility was beautiful & comfortable. Cons: Although the beds are comfortable, the blankets are very thin, and I would prefer a thicker, more comfortable blanket. Also, I was disappointed that their was no breakfast buffet the next morning. I had told my friend who was with me how good it was the time I stayed & was excited to treat her to it the next morning. Sadly, there was not enough guest in the hotel for them to run it.
