Great location but a few issues which were sorted out by staff
Pros: Location Cons: Room wasn’t clean, phone didn’t work
Cons: One of the treadmills in the gym wasn't working properly and stopped after running on it for a short while. It had the same issue the last time we stayed at the hotel, so it should be replaced. Other than that, there are so many great things about the hotel!
Great and comfortable room, with a great view.
Pros: Courteous Staff, Cleanliness, Comfort, Location, Views, Tea amenities. Cons: There could be instructions available in each room so that people can work the air-conditioner with a little bit more ease. Got back in the room and was really cold. The electrics should have all been switched off once you take the card-key out of the room. For some reason it was on when got in and when we left, and remained on until we came back, which led to have to work out how to make it warmer without the fan going. Didn't seem to be able to switch it off completely though. So the alternative was to heat up
Would stay here again if visiting this part of Manchester. Good vibe around the city centre.
Pros: Spacious room and bathroom offering bath and shower. Quiet at the time I stayed. Cons: A little bit of a walk from Piccadilly Station but the location suited me for other reasons.
Decent hotel
Pros: Friendly staff. Good bed and breakfast. 2 minutes from bus station which suits my travel arrangements. 2 minutes from band on the wall where wemt ro a gig that night Cons: Nothing
