Really enjoyed ourselves. Felt like good value for money and stayed in a nice room.
Pros: Easy to get to especially in a difficult to drive in city like Manchester. Cons: The breakfast service was a little slow to bring out some of the food so the hot food wasn’t warm enough or it had dried out.
Lovely hotel in the city centre
Pros: Every time you walk in to the hotel lobby / reception you can just smell the most gorgeous smell - I’m not sure what product the cleaners use but it so nice! All staff were great. We had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and I reported it and as u got back to the room later on it had been fixed by maintenance. Great staff / great team. Cons: Dust on tv in room, hair in the bath false nail on carpet
