Staff without kindness and absolutely not understanding
Staff without kindness and absolutely not understanding. Stay was charged despite a cancellation option and despite the insistence of hotels.com who tried to help me. I had to cancel my trip late due to a family issue but the hotel refused to listen under the pretext that I did not go through the hotel's website and that I was no longer within the deadline... A little humanity would have been appreciated! I know the hotel is clean and comfortable but following this bad experience, I will not set foot there again even though I am in Marseille at least once a month. There are hotels just as good
