Clean, spacious room, a small issue with the TV not turning on but the night service came (not very quickly) and the TV was not plugged in (lol) just missing a few bathroom amenities (cotton, cotton swab) but otherwise I was very satisfied with the value for money
The parking was safe and conveniently located near the tram.
The price was quite high compared to other hotels! Breakfast had an excellent variety of food. The location is quite far - not walkable to the city center.
Really good
Staff without kindness and absolutely not understanding. Stay was charged despite a cancellation option and despite the insistence of hotels.com who tried to help me. I had to cancel my trip late due to a family issue but the hotel refused to listen under the pretext that I did not go through the hotel's website and that I was no longer within the deadline... A little humanity would have been appreciated! I know the hotel is clean and comfortable but following this bad experience, I will not set foot there again even though I am in Marseille at least once a month. There are hotels just as good
October here averages 15°C, with around 75 mm of rain across the month.
