Great staff but room was disappointing.
Pros: The staff were great. Cons: The room was shabby and there was visible water damage on the ceiling. The room had been hastily and incompletely cleaned. Considering that I checked in at midnight, someone could have spent a little more time vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down the bathroom.
Stay
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, great customer service, very accommodating with check out times. Free airport shuttle. Cons: The ice machine on the floor did not have ice, I had to go to a different floor every time I wanted ice. There was a sticky residue on the toilet seat that I tried really hard to remove but was unsuccessful. There was no where in the toilet area where I could hang a towel after use. I would consider these minor issues as the hotel is going through some renovations. I would still choose the hotel as my main choice to stay.

The staff never apologized. They acted as if this was a com
Great place to stay!
Pros: Checking in online prior to my arrival was great as they had my room key ready for me when I walked in with no wait. Everything was great and the room was perfect! Cons: I didn't find anything to complain about!!
Cómodo y accesible
Cons: Dificultad acceso peatonal desde avenidas principales
