I had a great time, staff was courteous
Pros: Clean n the staff at the front desk who checked us in was welcoming, polite n courteous. The other front desk staff was also polite n very helpful Cons: I like the property and for that reason I decided to rebook

Cons: The person at the front desk double charged me
Cons: The person at the front desk double charged me. He sneakily told me oh your card didn't go through when charging for incidentals and then charged me for the room rate as well, which was already prepaid through booking.com Now I'll have to deal with their terrible customer service

Pros: When you walk in you get a good feeling that everything is going to be okay. Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there were no refrigerators in the room

I had gone to a party before checking in and bright food either me, but had to throw it out because of this. Most hotels have refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.
