Pros: Location, staff breakfast Cons: The price of the drinks, £27 for two glasses of wine was a once only experience
A fabulous break away in a lovely hotel. I had agreat sleep in a comfortable massive size bed.
Pros: The location is perfect for visiting main attractions. The grounds are amazing with plenty of seats that are comfortable to sit outside and admire the river avon on your doorstep. The breakfast caters for everyone with lots of selections . Fresh and remained topped up. Very clean restaurant with attentative staff. Comfortable seating. The gentleman who greets you as you enter the restaurant is absolutely fabulous and reminded me of how hotel staff used to be. Cons: There was a problem with the lockers in changing rooms. A lot didnt work.
We enjoyed our stay
Pros: Good location Cons: Room 3063 hardly any water pressure in bathroom also got the air con to work but didn’t really feel it for some reason
The room was very spacious, with a big, very comfortable bed, a desk and chair, a sofa, coffee and tea station, fridge, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc
The room was very spacious, with a big, very comfortable bed, a desk and chair, a sofa, coffee and tea station, fridge, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. It was close to the theatre we had to go to, the staff was very friendly, and check out was very easy. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the gym.
