Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites - Salt Lake City

The hotel and staff were fine, but there were disappointing experiences with the airport shuttle.

Pros: Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety for those not on a restricted diet. Cons: I waited outside in the cold, wet weather at the airport almost an hour for the shuttle pickup. Supposedly the desk had tried to call my international number to explain some difficulties without success. Maybe add an app that will assist with international phone numbers? Then the shuttle had me disembark in the pouring rain with no offer to find another drop off point closer to the covered area. This tainted my one night at the hotel.

Pros: Rendkívül készséges recepciósok. Amikor a shuttle bus éppen úton volt, taxival vitettek ki a reptérre. Cons: Kicsi és zsúfolt reggeliző helyiség.

Excelente custo benefício, melhorar no serviço de quarto.

Pros: O quarto era bem confortável. Cons: O quarto não foi limpo durante a minha estadia

Pros: Dobrze położony hotel, blisko centrum! Cons: Śniadanie monotonne i mało różnorodne!
