Pros: Esta bien ubicado, pero hay mucho ruido y a veces llegar puede ser dificil porque no hay nadie que te guie, todo es por mensaje. Cons: No me gustó que se filtraba el ruido de una terraza del lado.

Pros: 房间内部设施跟照片基本一样，公区有免费咖啡和茶水。周边交通还比较方便，餐饮购物都还算方便。 Cons: 楼下有酒吧，晚上营业比较迟，晚上会有点吵，睡觉困难的话要慎重。没有任何前台人员帮助，仅楼下酒吧有一个老年妇女用英语沟通，会帮你一下，行李也可以暂时寄存在酒吧。会有200块钱的押金选择，或直接缴纳30块钱额外费用就不用押金，这里不清楚的人可能会有点选择困难，既不想付200英镑，也不想额外交30块英镑，其实这里200英镑以预授权，离店以后1-2天会退回的，初次接触的人可能会不太清楚。

Hidden costs / deposit everyone should be aware of

Pros: Good location close to transport and restaurants Cons: Quite loud. Music was playing till 1/2am both nights i was there making it difficult. There is an UNDISCLOSED deposit / fee u have to pay. I found this quite dishonest as there was no mention of this on booking.com. once u book the place on booking.com , in order to get the codes/access to the residence u have to either pay a non refundable 30 pounds or supposedly refundable 200 pounds. This should be clear when booking in the first place. Room is also smaller than what looks like on the pictures.

Poor staff, good location

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable,the location was good Cons: The staff are impossible to get a hold of, the number on the door was someone who had no idea of the building. The bathroom door stopped opening and I finally got a call back 4 hours later.

Average for the price

Pros: Location was great for the part of London we wanted to explore. Good remote check in instructions were provided. Cons: Very basic room, clean enough but didn’t really feel like a hotel. More of a room in a terrace house.
