Large room but floor looked like it needed eeplacing as it was uneven and uncomfortable walking on it bare footed. One of the chairs had a bent foot. The room was clean except for a couple of small stains on the bedsheet. There were stirrers instead of teaspoons and a couple of the milks were off. The bed was very comfortable untill you ised the pillows. My husband said his extremely thin pillows were solid and ended up sleeping with a hoodie under pillow to make it comfortable. My pillows were softer but not only thin but lumpy. We both woke with headaches. The room was clean and a bery goo

We liked the location as it was great for going to the beach and boardwalk. The hotel and rooms were clean. Our check was easy. Tom

Staff very helpful, paid extra for breakfast which was excellent

Nice hotel for short stay, one of the better ones in Eastbourne. Rooms are tidy and clean, nothing is falling apart like some of the nearby hotels. Convenient parking on the sea front and fairly sized single rooms.
