Pros: N/A Cons: Even though I had paid in advance, I was charged 16,000 yen at check-in and was deceived by saying they didn't understand English, so I gave up and paid. That night, my credit card was used without permission and about 70,000 yen was fraudulently used. It's a shame for my first overseas trip in my life.

Pros: The proximity to everything
Pros: The proximity to everything. The man who works at night is super nice and always very smiling. Cons: It's not very clean, I don't know if it's mental but my whole skin itches even though it could be a reaction to the laundry soap used. The cleaning is not great, they really do the minimum for a short stay, it's okay but I can't imagine spending a week there. One of the receptionists has a rather ordinary attitude for customer service.

Location was great, room was small but comfortable. Brilliant shower pressure, great to have air con too. Clean and couldn’t ask for more. Phil the night time staff was such a lovely welcoming person each evening or morning to greet us
