Ok to go for one night

Horrible

Pros: Quedaba relativamente cerca de la estación de St. Pancras. Cons: Todo. Llegué pronto y no me dejaron hacer el check-in. Como favor, pude dejar la maleta en una habitación junto a la recepción. Cuando volví a la tarde, pude hacer el check-in y me asignaron la misma habitación donde había dejado la maleta y que ya estaba preparada por la mañana. La habitación horrible. Al estar en la entrada se oía todo. La ventana daba directamente a la acera. No se podía descorrer la cortina y, encima, estaba muy mal insonorizada. Disappointed

Pros: The location was ok Bathroom was clean but the extractor fan was too noisy Cons: The hotel is going through a refurb so there is wood and new rolled up carpet and dust (a hell if a lot of dust) we were on top floor and there was building dust on the inside of the windows I spoke to the receptionist and the reply was oh sorry about that. WiFi did not reach the top floor, which obviously isn’t the end of the world lol. Had to move the aerial for the tv to get a signal Kettle was on other side of room from the cups & coffee as there wasn’t a socket there The receptionist took a pic

Unbelievable

Cons: I’m sorry, i never leave bad reviews but this is not okay, doesnt even qualify as motel much less hotel. I understand is 1 star but it should still have some standards. They barely accepted to take in our 2 backpacks, the “reception” entrance area is falling apart. The bed is so thin and makes creaking sound just by looking at it. The pillows might as well be inexistent they are so thin. No mattress or pillow covers and everything is stained, absolutely disgusting. the whole room is dirty. The window barely opened and it was broken. Tv doesnt work. Thank god shower had hot water but ever
