Pros: I was upgraded and the room was really nice
Pros: I was upgraded and the room was really nice. The bathroom too. The location near the train station was very convenient. Cons: I couldn't get the VOD to work or connect my computer to the TV to watch a movie. The staff confirmed to me that it was not possible.
I am very satisfied considering the cost performance. I would like to use it again.
Pros: It was good with a sense of luxury near the station. Cons: The sink faucet was broken. The dirt on the folding mirror (foundation of the previous guest) was noticeable and unclean.

Pros: Unfortunately, we booked the wrong room through Booking. Our 14-year-old child was considered an adult and was not included in the price. Fortunately, with a small additional payment, we were able to get the room anyway. When we received our rooms, we found that one room still had a smell of smoke. The staff came to inspect and eventually gave us a new room. Check-in took a while, but went well. The staff was friendly.
