Valet team made our concert night effortless
Had a great stay from the moment we pulled up to the moment we handed the keys back at valet. We mentioned at check in that we would be coming and going a few times that night for a concert and then dinner with friends, and the front desk made a note of it without any fuss. Kelvin at valet was the star of the trip, he had our car ready every single time and was so professional and friendly about it. We rolled in late and needed dry towels and they brought them up almost immediately, no attitude at all. We also asked where the pool was and the team came up with a very unique solution for us, wh
