Fantastic location

Pros: The location is fantastic, on the beach and with several nice trails starting close to the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. The pool is nice, and long enough for swimming. Cons: The rooms are old and not too attractive, they look closer to a 3* rather than a 4* hotel.

Abandoned.

Pros: The environment is nice, on the edge of the beach (even though the beach is not equipped, so no chairs or umbrellas, in fact, there is never anyone on the beach, we found it strange). Pros: The beach was beautiful, pools were pretty clean but not the cleanest either. Cons: No nightstands, only one chair in the rooms and the pools have leaves/insects floating in them.

Beautiful places for relaxation

Pros: Great location - the view from the window always brought a smile to our faces. Pleasant, always smiling and helpful staff. Tasty breakfasts, repetitive but always with small menu changes. During our stay, there were very few other travelers in the property - we felt like the pool was exclusively ours :). Pool towels available at the pool. Within an hour's drive, you can reach Bako Park, Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, or the center of Kuching. Right next to the hotel is the Sarawak Cultural Village. Cons: The property is showing its age - this is visible both in the hotel room itself and in t

Pros: Just okay

Pros: Just okay. Nearby cultural village just walking distance. Cons: I needed to ask for a toothbrush and prayer mat. The swimming pool was dirty. But we managed to survive.
