Great property, but not if you're elderly
Pros: Spacious property with three good sized bedrooms. Large tv, nice living/dining area. Shower and bath. Not too far from Cleethorpes front. Cons: Only a downstairs toilet, one of our party was over 80 and it's a struggle to have to go up and down steep stairs for the loo during the night.
Perfect to suit our needs ( a team of 5 contractors) and the owners are very nice too
Exceptional

We like everything about the house.
