Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to confirm an early check-in, and it was agreed upon. However, when I arrived at 5:00 a.m. on October 15, 2026, the Indian woman working at the front desk was extremely rude. She yelled at me while I was trying to explain the situation and told me to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. I followed her instructions and canceled my reservation, yet I was still charged. This treatment was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
