In the room, the toilet was broken and flooded multiple times. Despite being told it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The itinerary showed a smoking room. There was no elevator.

The advertising was misleading. The rooms did not resemble the pictures. It felt unsafe, with a hostile adult Indian male staff member who should not interact with customers. The rest of the staff seemed pleasant. The man in question seemed to have serious mental issues and should not be in a public-facing role.

The place is completely unsafe, filthy, and should be shut down.
