Bathroom awful, room fine, smokers and dog walkers near window.
The room was fine, simple, but clean, however the bathroom stank of damp and had mould in the grout and sealant - it is many years over due to refurbishment. No air con, but a (loud) fan provided. There is no smoking shelter, so we awoke to the smell of a smoker just outside our window - a shelter should be installed the other side of the car park. Dog walkers also used the grass in front of the windows to toilet their dogs and the hotel had many barking dogs in reception and walking in the corridor.
