Location of property did not look safe. Razor wire on fence right outside the window of the room. We asked for a refund.

It served our purpose.
Pros: The location was conveniently located near the activities we came for. Cons: The room was a bit small to accommodate two queen size beds and had a musty smoker smell. The night clerk who checked us in was not very professional, could use a little coaching. The other staff were pleasant.
