Pros: The room and bed were good. Cons: Breakfast in a box was not what I was expecting, definitely not worth the fee. The curtains were a very tight fit, letting in outside light. The room was by reception; the door had a gap at the bottom you could put your fingers in. Because of this, noise from reception, people talking, etc., gave me a very disturbed night's sleep.
Very disappointing compared to other stays - although I've had problems of some kind every time.
Pros: The room actually had an armchair, unlike most of them lately. Cons: Where would you like me to begin? The catch on the window was broken. One of the bedside lamps didn't work and wasn't rectified until my second day there. There was no remote control for the TV/Radio. The wall heater was set to maximum and the receptionist didn't know how to turn it down. There was no plug for the bathroom sink (the same as nearly every room I've stayed in). The shower had 2 settings: freezing cold & scalding hot; not matter how much I adjusted it I couldn't get a usable temperature. The lighting
