Pros: Great location and beautiful grounds

Pros: Great location and beautiful grounds. Food was very good (both restaurants) and lots of places to relax on the estate. Plenty of parking and very helpful staff. Cons: The first room we were allocated seemed a bit small to what we had ordered but when we asked at reception we were immediately given an upgrade, although the windows were high and unable to look out of.

Pros: Set in amazing grounds. The place was huge! Cons: Maybe too far away to rooms for some people? Didn’t bother us though.

Unfortunately very disappointed

Pros: Not really anything I could say I liked other than the reception area Cons: Rooms were extremely disappointing- very tiny , unbearably hot , poor lighting , awful tasting tea & coffee in the room / not what we had expected at the this hotel chain
