They have, but do not have a charging station for electric vehicles

Pros: We were disappointed right from the start, so after that it was no longer possible for us to like anything. They claim to have charging stations for electric vehicles, so we chose this hotel for that reason. An hour before arrival, I call the hotel and they confirm over the phone that the charging stations are available. We arrive with 5% battery, only to find out that the chargers are not working. The staff member who previously confirmed that the charging station was available is now surprised and does not offer any solution. Although he apologized, it really meant nothing to us. It is

Perfect location for a short trip!

The breakfast was excellent as always. The service was perfect! The location for a concert in Udine is great. The lunch at the associated restaurant Al Parco is sensational. Anytime again.
