Pros: The stuff at front desk is very nice and helpful, and the location is very convenient to everything stores ,mall and the calgary tower specially very nice. Cons: None

Damage deposit not refunded

Pros: It was clean and convenient for a tour pick up which was why we booked. Staff were friendly and helpful Cons: Breakfast was basic, not great quality, We only had breakfast once before our tour would not have breakfast there again. They also take $100 damage deposit when you check in and this should be refunded within 5 days of check out so we were told. We are past the 5 days now and still have not received this. They have not responded to our emails regarding this refund, not happy, not happy at all
