Pros: All the staff were so nice and very sweet to my children and that means the most to me. Cons: The tissue in the bathroom had a dirty spot on it before we came, but it's understandable! & Isn't going to stop us from coming back! We love it here! 🩷

Very disappointed in our stay. My expectations are high after reading reviews and seeing pictures of the hotel/room
Pros: Liked the location Cons: We were put in a tiny king room which was definitely not like the pictures of the room I booked online. Feels like we did not get what we paid for. No elevator and the stairway was filthy. I never would have booked that room and it was located by the pool that was extremely LOUD.
