Pros: Hotel was nice and clean
Pros: Hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant and bar downstairs were nice. Gym was nice. Cons: The shower was so slippery that myself and my guest slipped and fell. When I altered the front desk staff, they said sorry and text the manager who never even came out and said anything to us about it. That’s very dangerous. I sustained a back injury and my guest cut himself. If that were to happen to an older person, they would be severely injured.

Pros: comfortable bed Cons: The receptionist was very stressed and charged us three times by mistake. Instead of apologizing or offering a commercial gesture, she kept saying it was not her fault. The bank reimbursed us after several days, but this person was not reassuring. Despite a reservation for three (two adults and an 11-year-old child), the room was not ready: we had to get a third set of towels at the reception and the sofa bed was not ready. We found the sheets and made the bed ourselves. Frankly, I still wonder if the sheets were washed after use: they were not ironed. We had to go
