Room very clean but very dated regarding furnishings. Dissappointed that with a bookin for 2 guests there was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom ( we later found towels inside the wardrobe???) All staff very very friendly :). Jamie who checked us in was very welcoming & friendly - he really made a difference, he’s a credit to your hotel
The room was very good however check in was slow especially through the female clerk.
They found our passport in the room when we checked out but extended our stay in another room. The hotel did not call us and had it over to us when we were still staying at the property. After we exited Durham to London ,we had to come back a day later and collect our passport .It was an Expensive Inconvenience…
Efficient staff although we did have to queue for quite a long time to check in. Didn't use the gym, good breakfast and well located for the city.
Beautiful hotel and great location.
November here averages 6°C, with around 79 mm of rain across the month.
