Nice stay with great views.
Pros: Good location, nice views and loads of local shops and restaurants in walking distance. Cons: Wasn’t easy to find the check in office and there wasn’t a staff member in there as I arrived. The property itself was very good. Open plan kitchen and living room was a bit tight but still looked good.
It is functional
Pros: It is very close to London Excel, which was held the congress I attended for business. Cons: I stayed more than 3 nights and needed cleaned up the room however the cleaning service was not included which i was not aware when booking was confirmed.
Okay for one night. Not the most comfortable
Pros: It was very close to the Excel centre and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly. Cons: The bed and pillows were terrible uncomfortable and hard. There was a funny smell in the apartment and lobby. The apartment was a little shabby. Had an issue dropping back keys. Was told I could drop them back through the shutter but in the morning it wasn’t down. Had to return again mid conference to return them. Added so much unnecessary stress. Next time I’d stay in a hotel as it was not convenient at all.
Overall, a well-located and comfortable apartment that made my business trip smooth and convenient.
Pros: As I was traveling for business to ExCeL London, the location of the apartment was excellent. It was very conveniently situated, making it easy and quick to reach the venue each day. The surrounding area also had good transport connections and useful amenities nearby, which made the overall stay much more practical and enjoyable. Cons: Directions for collecting the keys were not entirely clear, and I had to ask a concierge from another building to help me locate the correct address. Additionally, flexibility for late check-in was limited, as I was informed that arrivals after 10:30 pm wo
