Couldn't be better
Pros: It has an EXTRA large bed, super comfortable, lots of security in the building and surroundings. Unbeatable location!! Highly recommended for couples, families. Less than 2 blocks away is Parque de Mayo, with a never-before-seen play area, huge!! And on the other side, less than a block away, the theater!! And as a bonus... the corner restaurant, food is 1000 points. Cons: Nothing bad to say

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and clean. Half a block from Av. Ig de la roza and in front of Centro Civico, 2 blocks from Teatro del Bicentenario and Parque de Mayo. Nearby there are stores or kiosks and a parking lot. The area is safe and there is no problem leaving the car outside. Secure building. Monica very attentive and friendly. Perfect quality-price ratio. I recommend it. Cons: The TV is not a smart TV but it has cable. But for the stay one has made, it is a minor detail.
