Pros: The accommodation is close to my family in Santiago Cons: The lack of responsibility of the owner, I booked and paid more than 2 months in advance, I sent the necessary data such as my ID at risk since it was via WhatsApp to an unknown contact and they indicated the data to arrive at the accommodation such as address and what is included in said reservation, of course indicating that I should pay as soon as possible to secure the reservation, they also indicated that on the day of my arrival they would provide me with the code for the automatic lock.
