Unpleasant
Cons: The host never answered our call, we didn't receive the keys, we didn't stay. We were at the building's door at 21:30, we couldn't communicate by phone. We didn't use the reservation. Everything was bad.

Beautiful and quiet apartment!
Pros: The newness of the facilities, super hot water. Quiet building (little noise) and proximity to the park. Cons: Ns/nc
