Clean, comfortable and good location.

Pros: Friendly staff, in particular, James was really helpful and friendly. Cons: The smell in the hallway to the room.

We had a change of room which was better

A lovely stay to be done again soon.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at the Derby Manor and I would definitely stay again. I booked it as a birthday treat to myself and it lived up to all expectations. The lady who checked me in was very through as she took me around and showed me all the necessities within the room. She was kind enough to look into an upgraded room for me as I thought I'd booked a different room. Without much time I was moved into the grand room with the bath. It felt like luxury. Breakfast was simple but nice and tasty. The hotel was in a very good location for the itinerary I'd arranged for my birthday. Thank you fo

Lovely rooms

Pros: The room was lovely, especially as we had a free upgrade. The breakfast was very good. Cons: Our bedroom door rattled when the outside was opened/closed, needs the hinges/latch looking at. Shower was very difficult to get cool enough, very hot.
