The property was OK, gaining access to it was NOT
The property was OK, gaining access to it was NOT. We were informed we should have received a communication detailing how to access the property three days prior to arrival - this did not happen. As a result, we were standing on a very busy street corner with a lot of background noise, trying to call the property (at international call rates) in order to gain entry. A most unpleasant experience after an overnight flight. We got in after about 15 minutes of phone calls and received the instruction email a few minutes AFTER we took occupancy vs the 3 day advance notice we were led to believe we
