Pros: The customer service l, very friendly and helpful Cons: We found someone's phone under the air conditioner that seems like it had been there for a while, very dusty and triggered allergies. However, it was addressed and we were still pleased.

Pros: Clean Cons: The charges and had no tv the whole 3 day stay

Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice size shower. Cons: Once again the paid for breakfast was lacking. Eggs were ice cold, warmer not on, yogurt was beyond expiration point. It was better than the last 4 times though. If you don't properly heat the food someone's going to get sick.
