Pros: The size of te room Cons: Its a long list: Should be classified 3 or 4 stars but definitely not 5 stars hotel Arrived late in the evening. Key card for door not working. At te reception they couldn't fixe it so several hours without key. Needed to go back to the reception to take up a new key even if they promised to bring it. Not possible to control the air-condition from the room. You need to call the reception. No phone number to call the reception in the room so you need to go to the reception to ask for their number. Amazing Stay at Dinamo Hotel I booked Dinamo Hotel for just 2 days, but the second I entered my room, I knew I wanted to stay longer, so I extended my stay for another 2 days. The service is truly excellent, and the staff provide the pinnacle of hospitality. The rooms are also huge compared to many other hotels. A special thanks to Farid Salmanov at the reception, who was always very helpful, kind, and welcoming. He really made my stay even better. Highly recommended!

A real gem of a hotel in Baku!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the Dinamo. The manger, Afsana Babyeva, is just great and runs a really tight ship. All of the staff I dealt with - Firuze, Elmira and Farid - were friendly, attentive and professional and really made sure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are really comfortable, spacious and quiet, the spa is just right (with sauna, steam room and a lovely pool), and the hotel is very centrally located. I would definitely recommend the Dinamo to other travellers. Cons: The shower in the spa could have been somewhat colder.
