Leider viel Staub

Pros: Ausstattung und Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Betten, besonders durch die 3 verschiedenen Kopfkissen, sehr bequem. Cons: Nicht geeignet für Gäste mit einer Hausstauballergie. Gerade an den einfach zugänglichen Bereichen am Kopfteil des Bettes war so viel Staub, daß ich erstmal Staub wischen musste bevor ich schlafen gehen konnte. In anderen Hotels dieses Levels ist mir so etwas noch nicht passiert.

Convenient 1 night stay

Pros: Comfortable hotel. Fantastic breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff in the ground floor cafe Cons: Check in process could be improved. The person on the front desk when we were checking in was unhelpful and rude. Her standard answer from 2pm onwards was all rooms will be available at 3pm, leaving a large crowd of people in the foyer all waiting until she was ready to provide room keys at exactly 3pm. Surely it would have been an easier process for everyone if a few of the available rooms could have been allocated from 2pm
