Customer service explanation should be reviewed with staff member.
We should have spent the extra money to stay at Hardrock Casino.
Pros: How close it was to Hardrock Casino. The balcony was nice. Cons: Extremely misleading. We weren’t told that the shuttle only ran Thursday to Sunday. The walk in this busy area was a little dangerous. Didn’t know the restaurant only open at 6pm. Same for bar unless you were at the pool and there was no bar service there either. Only had breakfast in the small lobby area. No room service.
