Ratings do not match the ratings at all, run down
Pros: Well, I liked that I bitched to get a room with a balcony because I paid for it and they did change the room. Rosario was very helpful with carrying our bags. No cart to push bags either. Garage was so small and could barely get out. See below! Cons: There were blinds between the bathroom and the bedroom that were barely covering the bathroom user. This hotel is not up to the rating it gets. The staff try and be very helpful but the minute you walk in you are not in luxury at all. It seems run down. Our AC and safe did not work. The staff had to come help us both times. The shower draine

Pros: Son emplacement. Cons: Restaurant trop cher et portions vraiment petites. D’ailleurs il est peu fréquenté. On voulait également nous faire payer le parking 20 euros par jour!

Pros: - schöne Lage, super Aussicht auf den Vesuv - Bettmatraze komfortabel Cons: - aufgrund Fotos im Booking.com erwartet man einen luxuriöses Hotel.. und auf ein tolles Frühstück. Dies war es vielleicht ein mal... - sehr einfaches Frühstück und geringer Qualität (orangensaft verdünnt mit Wasser, Rührei wenig konsitenz, Fleischware, einfaches Früchteteller wird erst nach Wunsch gebracht, standard Brötchen etc.) Fotos auf Hotelseite wiederspiegeln nicht dem erhaltenen Frühstück... - Zimmer war sauber, aber mit ein paar Ausnahmen,; grünspann beim Wasserhahnaustritt, einige Schimmeflecken Dus
