Amazing hotel in perfect location let down by poor management
Pros: Great location, wonderful facilities and beautifully clean. Cons: Very poor front desk training and lack of communication from management after being double charged. It's not the front desk staff's fault that they're poorly trained - They seem over worked too, so I can forgive that, but after being double charged I immediately brought it to their attention and got back that the manager would be in touch by email. They still haven't contacted me. What should've been a great stay was ruined by stress about being double charged.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Wonderful experience all around!
Pros: The hotel is brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean! The bed is one of the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in (and we do a lot of traveling). The linens were so soft, I haven't encountered such a high quality of the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets in other 5-star hotels! The staff was accommodating and let us use the spa hours after we checked out so we could arrive fresh at the airport in the evening. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant was superb! It had a wide variety at the buffet and also options to choose from. The coffee was delicious! The location is the best in Budapest,
