Much better than I’ve come to expect and great value.

Pros: Hotel was really smart and well maintained. Great location. Breakfast was good. Aircon in the room was amazing, too good of anything we had to knock it off. Cons: Didn’t like the chargeable car park. Room was pretty small. Didn’t sleep well on a soft mattress and pillows.
