It was a great stay and I appreciated the shuttle that dropped us off for the concert and then pick.
Pros: The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Cons: I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.....but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet.
Pros: The Spa, Whirlpool, Indoor pool and the buffet Cons: The fire alarm that kept going on and off
Pros: Location Cons: The air vent right beside the head of the bed I slept in made me a little sick. And the pool should be available around 8am instead of 10am, because of check out time.
Cons: Didn’t have my reservation. Took an hour for them to finally let me cancel my booking.com reservation and make a new one. Room was also not well cleaned
